Bach Remedies
Lindsy is a Bach Foundation Registered Animal Practitioner. She has used Bach Remedies for over 20 years treating her own animals and all equines at The Graze Trust for Horses of which she is co founder.
She believes the remedies have supported these animals through extremely traumatising and sometimes life threatening times and now recommends and prescribes the remedies to her clients for their animals.
Many people have heard of Rescue Remedy, and have maybe used it themselves or given it to their animals in times of shock or acute stress, yet not everyone is aware that there are a further 38 remedies in the Bach System, each one focusing on different states of mind, for example, lack of confidence, fear, lack of motivation or maybe over excitability and lack of focus.
As we know only to well, animals suffer from emotional problems the same as we do. Remedies are therefore an ideal choice when looking to help them cope with distressing situations in their lives.
This completely safe and simple 38 remedy system, was formulated and completed by Dr Edward Bach consultant, pathologist and bacteriologist over 70 years ago and is now used all over the world. If you haven't already done so, it is highly recommended that you further research this outstanding work and take some time to understand how the remedies can be of so much benefit: www.thebachcentre.com
Recognising behaviours in animals isn't always easy. Although the wrong choice of remedy wouldn't cause any harm, a correct analysis is obviously far more beneficial as there are literally hundreds of combinations to choose from. The Bach Foundation encourages owners to contact qualified Animal Practitioners for this reason, knowing that an accurate assessment can be made of the animal and the correct formulation of remedies can be prescribed.
Veterinary consent will be required before prescribing any remedies.
